“La Casa di Federica” (Federica’s Home) is a tourist rental house located in the green heart of Italy, the Umbria region, very close to the city center of Perugia and Corciano and perfectly served to reach the
historic and naturalistic attractions of the area, like Assisi and the Trasimeno lake.
The shabby chic style decor, the large private garden of 400 sqm with its own entrance and the comfort of the accomodation will make your stay enjoyable. The house can easily accommodate 3 people, perfect for families. If necessary, there is also a folding bed in the master bedroom for a fifth person.
Guests can avail of the whole apartment for their period of stay, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, small porch and BBQ grill in the private garden.
You will have a private exclusive parking space and high speed wi-fi internet connection in the whole structure.
On your arrival I will meet you and provide you with the apartment keys and any hint or help you can need. I’ll be available anytime and I’ll be happy to give you advices to discover the Umbria region, pointing you to special events.
